New Feature: Participant Email

If you would like to send the participant an invitation to participate in the online education program via email, you can enter the participant’s email address in the Enroll New Users / Add New Participant screen.

Things to Know:

  • This field is not required. It is completely optional, so it is ok if you do not have the participant’s email address.

  • If you enter an email address for the participant, the participant will receive an email like the Sample Email below.

  • If you choose not to enter an email address for the participant, you will still be able to enroll the participant in the usual manner, notifying them via letter or enrollment form from your office.
